Terms of Use (ToU)

These terms govern the use of GoalGuardian. By creating an account, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Publisher

The GoalGuardian service is published by DKA Digital Tech LLC, a company registered in Dubai (United Arab Emirates) under trade license number 2538289.01, with registered office at Meydan Grandstand — 6th Floor, Al Meydan Rd, Nad Al Sheba, Nadd Al Shiba First, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. 2. Service scope

GoalGuardian is a personal coaching service powered by artificial intelligence. It includes:Goal Guardian is a personal AI coaching service: Digital Self, Astra assistant, finances, organizer, and communities.

  • Digital Self — an evolving visual representation of your goals, habits and identity.
  • Astra — a conversational assistant that answers your questions and suggests next steps.
  • Brain Connect — a graph view of the links between your intentions, habits and progress.
  • Organizer and Community — optional surfaces to organize your routines and connect with other users.

Suggestions and analyses produced by AI features are reflection aids. They are in no way a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, psychological).

3. Account creation and access conditions

  • You must be at least 15 years old to create an account.
  • You provide a valid email address and a password that you keep confidential.
  • An account is strictly personal and non-transferable.
  • You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Subscriptions and payments

  • GoalGuardian offers a free plan and paid plans (Standard, Premium). The features of each plan are described on the Pricing page.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. You can pay monthly or annually; renewals are automatic.Payments are processed by Stripe. Goal Guardian does not store full card numbers.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period — you retain access until that date, with no further charges afterwards.
  • No automatic refund applies for already-started periods, unless required by law. For billing issues, write to contact@goal-guardian.app.
  • Prices may change. Any price change to an existing subscription will be notified at least 30 days in advance and will only take effect at the next renewal.

4. Acceptable use

When using GoalGuardian, you agree not to:

  • Attempt to bypass technical protections, quota limits, or security mechanisms.
  • Use the service to publish, share or store content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, pornographic, or violates the rights of others.
  • Spam, harass or impersonate another user on community surfaces.
  • Use the service for fraud, massive scraping, or to train third-party AI models.
  • Resell, sublicense or commercially exploit the service without written permission.

In case of breach, we may suspend or delete your account without notice. For serious or repeated breaches, suspension may be permanent and without refund.

Intellectual property

The code, design, trademarks, logos and all elements of GoalGuardian are the exclusive property of DKA Digital Tech LLC or its licensors. You only have a personal, non-exclusive right to use the service for the duration of your account.

You remain the owner of the content you create (Digital Self bubbles, notes, messages with Astra, community posts). By using it on the platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to display, store and process it solely to provide you the service.

7. Service availability

We do our best to maintain maximum availability, without guaranteeing zero interruption. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical reasons. No compensation may be claimed on this basis, unless mandatory law states otherwise.

Minors and responsibility

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DKA Digital Tech LLC shall not be liable for indirect, immaterial damages, loss of opportunity, data loss or harm resulting from use of the service. Our total liability, all causes combined, is in any case limited to the amount you have paid us during the past 12 months.

This limitation does not apply in case of intentional fault, fraud, or where applicable law prohibits such limitation (notably certain consumer rights in the European Union).

Delete

  • You can delete your account at any time from your settings. Deletion triggers immediate erasure of your data and cancellation of any active subscription via Stripe.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or delete an account in case of breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or persistent non-payment.
  • Before deletion, you can export all your data via the "Export my data" button in your settings.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Any substantial change will be notified by email or via in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, subject to mandatory consumer-protection provisions applicable in the consumer's country of residence (notably within the European Union, where the consumer retains the benefit of mandatory provisions of their own country's law).
